GOOFY CHANGEABLES LOST IN THE 1970s.

This is just a starter/place holder page while I work on other pics and more. Distributed by Leaf Brands circa 1970. These mini figures with hard plastic parts and a flexible vinyl body were sold in counter top boxes as seen in these rare pictures above. Bagged and marked with two random figure images, each bagged contained one figure with interchangeable heads and other parts to make a mixed up combination character. Eight figures in the line included: Chef, Housekeeper, Judge, Prisoner, Drunkard, Body Builder, Hippie and French Gendarme style Police Officer w/club and cape. Styled in the vein of Weird-Ohs or Nutty Mads, these figures could be bought as above for one dime each. Imperial Toys also released a rack toy carded version with six figures and some other packaging varieties may exist as these were sold through discount outlets. The  figures I bought as a child were from a church bazaar table where they also sold candy and other novelties. There is little information out there, so I thought I'd put this up with more to come in the future.

Below pics from Cool "&" Collected website of my carded toy and below the Brabo Parafools, basically Nutty Mad parachute figures, so cool.
